We helped bring this all-pink fundraiser to life

Brief

As North America’s biggest paint retailer of Benjamin Moore paint and the largest paint store in Canada, Steeles Paint houses enormous passion in giving back. In October of 2013, the team at Steeles Paint launched its campaign in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF), during which the company donated $1 from every gallon of Benjamin Moore eco-friendly paint and products and Para Paints zero-VOC paint sold to the CBCF — Ontario Region.

Insight

Dolce Media Group wanted to help make this fun and inspiring event as colourful and as impactful as possible. Steeles Paint’s substantial following and open-minded approach to this project allowed our creative directors, artists and planners a world of opportunity when designing the event.

Our Solution

Dolce Media Group ran with the all-pink theme, not only drawing on the colour of the cause but playing with Steeles Paint’s fun-loving nature. From pink boas paired with hilarious T-shirts sporting an image of a pink corset, to a custom pink tractor parked outside during the event, to video coverage hosted by CityLifeTV.ca, Steeles Paint’s vision for the campaign twined with Dolce Media Group’s outside-the-box approach to the project allowed the celebration to be a smashing success, raising $25,000 for breast cancer research.
